The junior high curriculum for grades 6 through 8 builds on the skills developed in the primary grades through an increasingly challenging curriculum that is fully departmentalized. In junior high, the children continue to be challenged in the areas of math, science, social studies, language arts, reading and writing. Technology continues to be incorporated into all aspects of the curriculum. The curriculum is further enhanced by music, physical education and art. Our Catholic faith is interwoven into each day’s activities in addition to participation in weekly student led liturgies. Our students graduate from St. Zachary School very well prepared to exceed expectations when they enter high school.
